A GUIDELINE FOR GIVING
As in any ministry, there are always costs to be covered, those of which will be highlighted below.
A. Accommodations and meals: We would love to stay with members of your congregation, or wherever is easiest for you and your staff. Please consider that at times we do have people on our teams that have food or pet allergies.
B. Travel Expenses: We request Sixty cents per kilometre of driving (including return).
C. Honorarium: Finances do not dictate when and where we will minister. Our Board offers this list of suggested honorariums as a guideline, not a form of pressure. Please consider that this is a ministry with numerous office and program expenses.
One day with one event: $250.00 + accommodations/meals/travel
One day with two events $350.00 + accommodations/meals/travel
Weekend/Multi program event: $800.00 + accommodations/meals/travel
Week long program/ 5 day V.B.S.: $1500.00 + accommodations/meals
Camp (one week) if the camp does not have a set honorarium: $175.00 per service + accommodations/meals/travel
